The cancellation rules at Cozy Rooms are: - Cancellation must be made 24 hours before the stay - No smoking - No pets - No parties - Option for deposit

The stay requirements at Cozy Rooms are: - Only adults, no kids - Minimum stay: 1 day - Maximum stay: a few months - Beautiful studio and Sweet cozy studio (both at Sint-Vincentiusstraat 61) require a minimum stay of two days on weekends (Friday and Saturday) and cannot check in or check out on Saturday.

We have four addresses: Van Leriusstraat 6 (8 units), Jacob Jordaensstraat 22 (2 units), Plantin Moretius 8 (1 unit), and Sint-Vincentiusstraat 61 (2 units).
